Does it cost to have an initial consultation?

No. All interactions are free of charge until we have agreed our terms with you.


How long does it take to do a workplace investigation?

The time taken depends on the breadth and nature of the investigation. It can take a day or two up to a month.


Do you make definitive recommendations when you do and investigation or review?

We always follow up with a detailed report and definitive recommendation. Good, bad or ugly. We are experienced practitioners who have walked in the shoes of our clients. We know the risks and will advise you as such.


Will you discuss our project with other clients?

No. At ER Focus we understand the importance of discretion with the work we do with our clients.


What insurances does ER Focus have in place?

We have professional and public liability as well as workers compensation insurance for our employees


How much does an investigation cost?

We are competitively priced and will provide an accurate quote to you before any work commences.


What happened if the scope changes to my quote?

We will talk to you about this if the investigation or review changes significantly once the work has commenced. We won’t do anything without agreeing to it with you first


What are the payment terms?

We will discuss this with you when we provide a quote. Generally we invoice monthly or following the completion of a project. Our standard terms are payment within 14 days of the invoice date.
